A Fortune 500 Learning, Leadership & Talent Development Executive, my work centered on building the systems and cultures that shape how people grow, stay engaged, and stay relevant. That vantage point, spanning leaders, managers, and organizational culture, gave me a front-row seat to the forces that accelerate, or stall a career, long before capability ever enters the conversation. Across global financial, legal, consumer and professional services, I sat at the talent table identifying high-potential leaders and shaping succession decisions.
